Default vBulletin plugin not working

So i have MSi core installed, MSI joomla installed, there were some problems with installation of vBulletin but support from BBPixel helped to fix the forum after the installation.

Now the problem is that the plugin is not working:

If someone logs in in joomla they are not logged in vBulletin
If someone tries to login just in vBulletin they see MSI Ajax popup and they login into MSI but vBulletin does not recognize them as logged in at all.
