Joomla + Vbulletin?

Hello, I saw that this is a very complete site and I am interested in integrating joomla in vbulletin. I want a single login or register only once, and transportation of the news in forum with the comments integrations. All this is possible? Also should I buy MSI ENGINE, vBulletin PLUGIN and JOOMLA PLUGIN? Tnx
