At first, we should to make to your vB run smoothly before using MSI Engine. Then you can start to install MSI Engine, it will help to reduce unwanted issue if any.

Excuse me, but maybe I have not explained. That guide does not solve anything because I followed him all the times I rirpovato to do this. The problem for me is when the product is installed. Now refer back a try without installing the product and see what happens.

Same happens to me (www.diavolirossi.net).

I installed the 3 MSI packages and syncronized them. But when I install vb product, the forum goes down (white screen or vb database problem).

More, my users can't login in joomla frontend. When they click login button, It says "Error... We can not find your old password from old system.<br />Please try again or Recovery Password".

Sorry for missing this thread, we already replied on your enquiry email.

The problem is your third party (Neither Joomla or vBulletin) system password can not be recovery, in this case, member will need to Reset their password before they can login.
